We just like the fact that the location is good, nearby stores and restaurants and centrally located by the highway not far from Joshua Tree National Park which was our visit destination. They did upgrade our room to make up for the mistake they made during check-in (they gave us a room originally where a person was still checked in there).

I stayed 12/27&12/28/24 and the evening staff was absolutely amazing. I wish I remembered his name to give him some credit. Based on google reviews I didn't have high hopes but our room was clean, spacious, the hot tub and pool were in working order. Everything was good minus the room having a bit of a smell when we first arrived. They had a restaurant on site as well but we didn't try it. Can walk to the grocery store/dollar store next door for anything you might need. Close to the entrance of Joshua tree or the 49 palms hike

Gordon allowed me to check in early for an additional $20, and then went over and above by showing me physically three different rooms so I could choose one with a good view. The room was spacious and clean, with a pool and mountain view. Quiet. Bed very comfortable. Very close to the less-known and less crowded national park entrance.

The gentleman working the front desk was very polite and accommodating. I had no doubts checking into my room and had enjoyed my stay.

We were here many years ago and we loved the pool and hot tub and the laundry facilities.we loved our big beautiful room with the desert view. Staff very friendly.

If tou are going to visit the wonderful of Joshua Desert, coming by car (how would you anyway?) and looking for a stay that will allow you to rest and prepare for the exploration and visiting, then you should really take in consideration this hotel. It has got its style, it is clean and the room offer coffee/thee maker and a not so mini fridge as well.

The hotel is just amazing! We didn't expect too much but were truly surprised by what it has to offer. Firstly, we were welcomed by a great reception guy (do not remember his name), but he was all happy and joking all the time. Although I was tired after hiking in Joshua Tree NP all day, he made my day and hyped us with his positivity. Another welcomed additional value was a swimming pool available. We spent a good time there and refreshed ourselves enough. The room was spacious, and tidy, with comfy beds, and a great bathroom, had a drink in a pub downstairs, so what you can dream of?

I loved the location, it’s perfect for Joshua Tree day trips. There’s grocery stores nearby and the staff is really nice.
